In 2025, the Asian Chefs Alliance (ACA, www.acf-aca.org) will make its grand debut in Las Vegas, joining forces with the century-old American Culinary Federation (ACF) Annual Convention to create an unprecedented international culinary event. This milestone marks a historic moment for Asian chefs in the American culinary scene.
The founding president of ACA is Kenny Tang, and its core members and advisors include outstanding Asian chefs from across the United States. As a premier platform uniting top Asian chefs and culinary leaders worldwide, ACA is committed to promoting innovation and global development of Asian culinary culture, fostering cross-cultural exchanges, and empowering the Asian culinary community to shine on the international stage.
The ACA debut showcase will be held from July 30–31 during the ACF Annual Convention. Over 100 renowned Asian chefs from North America and around the world will gather to present the rich diversity and artistry of Chinese and other Asian cuisines. Through live demonstrations, creative fusion dishes, and professional forums, ACA will highlight the profound skills and cultural depth of Asian culinary arts. In addition, ACA will host thematic forums and roundtable discussions, inviting industry experts to explore future trends and opportunities in the culinary world.
To further introduce the event’s highlights, ACA will hold an online press conference on July 8, 2025 9PM (EST) Zoom ID:9545-405-390) , inviting culinary professionals, media partners, and food enthusiasts to join.
